Description: Instructional strategies and planning, communications, student evaluation, the learning process and flight instructor responsibilities.
Prerequisites: AVT 218.

- Teaching preflight preparation and procedures as ground lessons
- Teaching airport and airplane operations as ground lessons
- Teaching commercial flight maneuvers as ground lessons
- Teaching takeoffs, landings, and go-arounds as ground lessons
- Teaching performance maneuvers as ground lessons
- Teaching navigation as ground lessons
- Teaching emergency operations as ground lessons
- Teaching night operations as ground lessons
- Teaching post-flight procedures as ground lessons
- Teaching mountain flying as ground lessons
- Teaching special operations as ground lessons
