VEN 101 - Establishing a Vinifera Vineyard


Description: Introduction to the processes of establishing a vineyard. Emphasis on site selection, vine varieties, soil preparation, planting methods, vineyard layout, and equipment requirements.

Prerequisites: VEN 100  (May be taken concurrently).
