Description: Build healthy personal and professional relationships. Includes listening, coping with criticism, resolving conflicts, managing emotions, nonverbal communication, and developing empathy for gender and cultural differences.

Learning Outcomes:
- Use listening skills and oral presentations as modes of discovery, reflection, understanding and sustained disciplined reasoning. (4, 9)
- Generate organized, logical communication appropriate to the needs of a specific communication environment. (1,3,4,7,8,10)
- Use precise writing, speaking and listening for a variety of audiences and purposes.(5, 9, 10)
