ECE 290 - Practicum: Directed Field Experience Birth-Preschool Description: Supervised experience in the education, guidance, and care of young children. Begins with opportunity to observe appropriate curriculum, then to plan and implement age-appropriate activities under careful supervision. Application required. Students must show evidence of successful completion of first aid, CPR and proof of fingerprint clearance application process when applying for placement in ECE 290.
Prerequisites: ECE 200 and ECE 202 and ECE 222 and ECE 230 /EDU 230 and ECE 234 /PSY 234 and ECE 260 and ECE 270
Credits: 3 Lecture: 1 Lab: 6
