EMA 101 - Principles of Emergency Management Description: Theories, principles and approaches to emergency management. Identification of the functions and evolution of the emergency management field including mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. Evaluation of past disasters, the threat of terrorism, international disaster management, and their impact on policy formation.
