EMA 130 - Leadership Models for Emergency Management Description: Organizational performance and organizational vision. Various forms of leadership including situational leadership, self leadership, partnering, organizational leadership, and servant leadership. The importance of empowerment, essential skills for partnering, strategies for the management of change, and higher level customer service.
