AHS 173 - Legal and Ethical Issues in Healthcare Description: Application of general principles of law and ethics as related to health information management and patient record management in an electronic, hybrid or paper environment. Legal and ethical issues, legal terminology, records law, patient rights, privacy and security and regulations.
