MGT 325 - Supportive and Collaborative Management Description: Essential skills practiced by business managers to harness different viewpoints to create a productive and engaging organizational culture. Focus is given to current challenges and best practices in creating, sustaining, and cultivating a supportive and collaborative workplace.
Prerequisites: Program Admission. ACC 131 , BSA 131 , BSA 228 , ECN 232 , and ECN 236 .
