AFL 402L - Leadership Laboratory
Description: LLAB is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student-planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander.

Course Content:
This course will allow cadets to build practical leadership skills by applying leadership principles and theory to real-world examples and case studies.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand and apply advanced skills such as power and influence supervision, including counseling techniques, officer or leader authority responsibility, and accountability.
- Know expectations as officers and apply them in day-to-day situations.
- Apply knowledge into practice using case studies from various scenarios.
- Apply lessons covered during the entire course through the capstone.
