The Electrical & Instrumentation Technology degree prepares students to troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain industrial and commercial electrical and electronic equipment and systems including motors and motor controls, process control instrumentation, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, radio communication equipment, and electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic devices and systems. Program emphasizes component-level troubleshooting.
