The Critical Care Provider Program equips experienced clinicians with the advanced knowledge, skills, and leadership needed to deliver evidence-based critical care and transport medicine with professionalism, safety, and compassion.
Credit Hours Required: 10
Note: There are special admission requirements for the Critical Care Provider certificate program, including program admission and one of the following certifications: NREMT - P State of Arizona OR EMCT - Paramedic RN NP PA MD NREMT - P State of Arizona OR EMCT - Paramedic RN NP PA MD.

Program Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Critical Care Provider Program, the learner will be able to: - Demonstrate teamwork in critical care and transport settings.
- Perform comprehensive assessments on ill or injured patients.
- Identify the pathophysiology related to disease processes to guide advanced clinical procedures.
- Implement trauma and critical care interventions consistent with national guidelines and best practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency with advanced procedures.
