CNT 102 - Google IT Support I Description: First of two courses based on the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, which is designed to prepare the student for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. Introduction to information technology concepts including computer hardware and software, networking technologies, and operating systems. Successful completion of this course, along with CNT 103, earns students the Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
