CNT 103 - Google IT Support II Description: Second of two courses based on the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, which is designed to prepare the student for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. Includes system administration and IT infrastructure concepts and the tools and methods used in cybersecurity. Successful completion of this course, along with CNT 102, earns students the Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
