GST 201 - Intermediate Gunsmithing
Description: Intermediate study of machine tool use and firearms mechanics. Studies in the manufacture of rifles, pistols, barrels, actions, and stocks. Design and fabrication of custom parts and tools. Advanced firearm troubleshooting and restoration.

Course Content:
- Build a bolt action rifle
- Build a 1911 pistol
- Intermediate stock fitting
- Fabrication of firearm parts, tools, and jigs
- Non-functioning firearms service
Learning Outcomes:
- Complete a bolt action rifle from scratch. (1)
- Complete a 1911 pistol from scratch. (2)
- Demonstrate intermediate stock fitting techniques. (3)
- Create custom firearm parts, tools, and jigs. (4)
