AFL 401L - Leadership Laboratory
Description: LLAB is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership development activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student-planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander.

Course Content:
This course will allow cadets to build practical leadership skills by showing them how to apply leadership principles and theory to real-world examples and case studies.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand and apply advanced skills such as power and influence, supervision, counseling techniques, officer or leader authority, responsibility, and accountability.
- Know expectations as officers and apply them in day-to-day situations.
- Apply knowledge into practice by using case studies from a broad range of scenarios.
- Apply lessons covered during the entire course through the capstone.
