PHE 110C - Pilates, Mat Flex & Ball Description: Group exercise activities using stability and medicine balls, flat bands, body bars, mat and floor exercises and Pilates movements. Emphasis on improving core stabilization, strengthening major muscle groups and increasing flexibility.
