- Power lifting training principles
- Exercise prescription to maximize muscluoskeletal hypertrophy
- Safe exercise posture and movement pattern progressions
- Exposure to different Olympic lifts
- FITTE principle
Learning Outcomes:
- Use safe exercise principles, posture and movement progressions to perform various power and Olympic lifts. (1,3)
- Apply exercise parameters of FITTE and various power and Olympic lifts to increase muscluoskeletal hypertrophy. (1,2,4,5)
