MTC 215 - Motorcycle and UTV Service Procedures Description: Common fundamental repairs most often needed in motorcycles and UTVs.

Course Content:
- Brake repairs
- Fork and shock repairs
- Wheel and tire repairs
- Valve adjustments
- Piston and ring replacement
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Fuel system repairs
- Clutch adjustment and replacement
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify, adjust or replace components of both hydraulic and mechanical brake systems. (1)
- Change fork seals, oil and bushings and adjust to rider specifications. (2)
- Replace and adjust shocks for various riding conditions. (2)
- Inspect, repair, and true spoked and mag wheels. (3)
- Mount and balance tires. (3)
- Replace and adjust valves in 4-stroke engines. (3)
- Replace piston rod, piston, and rings in two and four stroke engines. (4)
- Operate a multimeter. (5)
- Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components as needed. (5)
- Replace and adjust clutch. (7)
- Diagnose and repair problems commonly associated with carburated and fuel injection systems. (7)
