 Program Progression - Computer Networking Technician Certificate
This certificate is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to install, troubleshoot and support computers and servers in a small to medium-sized computer network. Students are prepared for the CompTIA A+ Certified IT Technician certification. Successful students will have the skills required to gain employment in entry-level positions in the information technology field.
Credit Hours Required: 15

Program Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Computer Networking Technician Certificate program, the learner will be able to: - Describe and configure the hardware and software used in a small to medium-sized computer network.
- Maintain and repair personal computers.
- Perform administrative and troubleshooting tasks on operating systems.
- Describe network protocols and perform basic network device configuration.
