LAW 232 - Evidence Description: The basic rules that govern the admissibility of evidence in civil and criminal trial proceedings. Primary focus on how the Arizona Rules of Evidence operate in practice, with some attention to areas in which the Federal Rules of Evidence differ from the Arizona Rules.

- Arizona Rules of Evidence
- Supplemental Federal Rules of Evidence, where different
- Foundation and admissibility
- Common objections, including hearsay
- Fact witness and expert testimony
- Circumstantial and direct evidence
- Different standards of proof between criminal and civil cases
