Learning Outcomes:
- Define organizational behavior and relate it to management. (1)
- Identify the challenges and opportunities of managing a diverse workforce. (2)
- Define how individual and group human behavioral theories and concepts are applied in the workplace. (3)
- Apply different motivational theories, reward strategies, and life-work balance considerations to maximize individual and group performance. (4)
- Select different leadership styles and management models in order to respond to a variety of situations, including teams. (5)
- Assess the impact that a company's structure and design can have on its organizational behavior. (6)
- Select optimal methodologies to deal with change management and conflict resolution in the workplace. (7)
