                  COM 100 - Introduction to Human Communication   COM 1100. Description: Introduction to the essential elements of human communication and behavior, with emphasis on intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, public communication, and oral communication skills important to personal and professional settings.

	- Use of language
 
	- Nonverbal messages
 
	- Conflict management
 
	- Concepts and theories of listening
 
	- Interpersonal communication and relationship dynamics
 
	- Dynamic group communication
 
	- Intercultural communication
 
	- Gender communication
 
	- Basic public speaking
 
  Learning Outcomes:  
	- Use listening skills and oral presentations as modes of discovery, reflection, and understanding and sustained disciplined reasoning. (6,11)
