VEN 200 - Science of Winemaking I Description: Winemaking principles of fruit selection, pre-harvest analyses, fruit processing, juice additions, alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations. Includes winery hygiene and safety. Must be 21 years of age or older to enroll.
