Learning Outcomes:
- Describe and analyze the strategic management process. (1)
- Identify and analyze methods for reshaping the strategic management process in the face of a changing market environment. (2)
- Identify and describe the elements of the process of organizing for a competitive advantage. (3)
- Create and present a strategic plan for a business, including financial strategy. (3)
- Analyze trends in global economic and business development and integrate this information into a plan for penetrating new markets as a method for extending the organization's competitive advantage. (6)
- Discuss how a changing organization structure can renew the organization's competitive advantage. (6)
