EXW 200 - Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Compassion Description: Introduction to the theory, practice, and techniques of mindfulness meditation and self-compassion. Focus is on practices and complementary activities which cultivate clear awareness to the present moment with self-acceptance. Includes science-based evidence supporting practice techniques and associated health benefits.
