BSA 360 - Project Management Essentials Description: Core concepts of project management based on processes of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. Topics include project proposals, project selection, scope definition, CPM and PERT scheduling, budgeting, control techniques, and project manager skills.
Prerequisites: Program Admission. ACC 131, BSA 131, CSA 110, ECN 232, and ECN 236.
