- Identify the different elements of crisis and trauma and the role of a Public Safety Telecommunicator in successfully apprehending a suspect and preserving life. (4)
- Explain liability within Public Safety Communications and the ways to mitigate common pitfalls. (5)
- Describe the elements of the public safety radio system. (6)
