UAS 250 - UAS Applications and Analytics Description: Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) applied operations to solve real-world problems. Evaluation of a real or simulated problem which will involve determining the appropriate UAS, payload, and operating procedures, collecting the required imagery/data, and evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
Prerequisites: UAS 103 , UAS 110 , UAS 115 , UAS 120 and UAS 215 (UAS 215 may be taken concurrently).

Course Content:
- UAS business cases
- Parameters and representative studies of business cases
- Data/imagery collection
- Meaningful data assembly formats
- Cost/benefit analyses
Learning Outcomes:
- Evaluate an industrial application for UAS applicability. (1)
- Select an appropriate UAS, payload, and operating procedures for the industrial application. (2)
- Define a representative test to prove the business case. (2)
- Collect data/imagery to prove the business case. (3)
- Assemble data into a meaningful format to present to industry professionals. (4)
- Collaborate with industry professionals to complete a cost/benefit analysis. (5)
