VEN 202 - Science of Winemaking III Description: Economics related to wine production and sales including federal, state, and local regulations. Winery business plans, state and federal winery permits, wine production, taxation, reporting, labeling, market research, and sales and distribution. Must be 21 years of age or older to enroll.
Prerequisites: VEN 201 .
